My career, which spans roles at Baker & McKenzie, Amazon and a number of fast growing start-up and scale up businesses, has allowed me to hone my skills at the leadership level and has given me the ability to simplify and solve complex strategic and legal challenges across global markets, working closely with management to help business succeed.
My recent experiences include:
- Independent director for a number of entities within a reserved alternative investment fund (RAIF) structure in Luxembourg relating to investments in the Net-Zero transition for one of Europe’s well-known car manufacturers;
- Business license holder, General Counsel and Director of Dutch subsidiary of SustainCERT SA, a climate impact verifier on a mission to bring credibility to climate action;
- Director for International School of Luxembourg, also holding the position of Board Secretary and Chair of Governance Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
I am an INSEAD-certified director and currently a member of the Luxembourg Institute of Directors (ILA), I leverage a wealth of experience to provide nuanced advice on board governance, strategic planning, and risk management. My business network and experience extends across Europe, Asia Pacific, the US, and the Middle East, with a track record of fostering commercial outcomes and sustainable growth.
To meet AML (anti-money laundering) requirements, a fund is required to have an RC (responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations) to oversee compliance. I am able to be appointed as RC for your fund.
